RESERVATION AND DEPOSITS:

A non-refundable deposit of 15% per person is required at time of registration, or full payment if within final due date. Please refer to below for final balance due dates:

Final balance is due NO LATER than:

If individuals joining “Guaranteed to Operate National Program tours”, then: Final payment is due no later than 65 days prior to departure.

If individuals joining one of an “Organized Group Tour”, then: Final payment is due 95 days prior to departure (see below tours)

PASSPORT:

To travel to Israel, Europe and the Middle East, you must be in possession of a valid passport and it must be valid for a minimum of 6 months or more from the day of your return flight home or the airline may refuse you boarding. Citizens of some nations may require a visa (please contact Trips Israel or the Israel Consulate General for more information). It is the responsibility of the passenger/s to understand the Visa regulations for entry to all countries around the world, via air or land. You can find available websites or by contacting them directly on the telephone.

MEALS:

All tour that includes meals will be based on “Buffet Style”.

 

CANCELLATION PENALTIES:

If individuals joining “Guaranteed to Operate National Program tours”:

Cancellation received from time of booking to 65 days prior to departure have a penalty of $15% from the total land package and/or hotel reservation per person.

Please note: Cancellations of tours and/or hotels must be received in writing and signed by the client.

  • Cancellation received from 64 – 45 days prior to departure have a penalty of 50% (fifty percent) from the total land package and/or hotel reservation per person.
  • Cancellation received from 44 – 30 days prior to departure have a penalty of 75% (seventy five percent) from the total land package and/or hotel reservation per person.
  • Cancellation received from 29 – 0 days prior to departure have a penalty of 100% (one hundred percent) from the total land package and/or hotel reservation per person

Please note: If we purchased the airline ticket/s for your trip, it is 100% non-refundable after tickets are issued.

Cancellation refunds take approximately 60 days to process.

 

CANCELLATION PENALTIES:

Please note: Cancellations of tours and/or hotels must be received in writing and signed by the client.

  • Cancellation received from time of booking to 95 days prior to departure have a penalty of $15% from the total air and land package and/or hotel reservation per person.
  • Cancellation received from 94 – 60 days prior to departure have a penalty of 25% (twenty five percent) from the total air and land Package and/or hotel reservation per person.
  • Cancellation received from 59 – 45 days prior to departure have a penalty of 50% (fifty percent) from the total air and land Package and/or hotel reservation per person.
  • Cancellation received from 44 – 30 days prior to departure have a penalty of 75% (seventy five percent) from the total air and land package and/or hotel reservation per person.
  • Cancellation received from 29 – 0 days prior to departure have a penalty of 100% (one hundred percent) from the total air and land package and/or hotel reservation per person
    • Cancellation refunds take approximately 60 days to process.

 

BAGGAGE:

To travel to Israel from North America with most airlines, you are allowed 1 checked luggage totaling (no more) 50lbs. each, plus one piece of hand luggage on board with you. Some airlines have different luggage restrictions. It is the responsibility of the passenger/s to understand the baggage allowance, restrictions based on the terms used on the airlines website or by contacting them directly on the telephone prior to your flight departure. Luggage is the sole responsibility of the passenger and of the airlines. For lost luggage claims, the passenger is responsible to contact and notifying the airlines directly.

 

RESPONSIBILITY:

Trips Israel LLC; act only as agents for the various companies supplying the services of this tour and shall not be held liable in any way for injury; damage; loss; death; accident; delay or irregularity to any person, place or property, including air transportation or changes in itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control.

 

It is the responsibility of all passengers to have travel insurance for full travel protection.

 

UNDERSTANDING:

It is understood and agreed to abide by the Security Notice and Directives to the Tour. Passengers agree to accept any and all risks to safety and security during the course of participating in the package tour and hereby release “Trips Israel LLC and any of its suppliers, trustees, officers, agents and employees from any claims which may accordingly arise during the course of participation in the tour.

MEDICAL CONDITION:

Trips Israel LLC and their suppliers are not responsible for any medical conditions that may occur during or prior to the tour.

 

UNDERSTANDING THE ITINERARY: From time to time, the sites during the tour can change in sequence and or can be missed, due to; delays, traffic, weather, security and or other causes, which cannot be avoided. There are no refunds given for site/s missed.
